Weekly Roundup of the Week of 11.16.09
Starting this week and updated every Fridays, I will add a weekly roundup post where I will blog on the following topics: NPTI update, a Fitness Def., CNN, MMA, Sports, Life and random Fact of the week.
NPTI- End of 7th week, doing great. 92 and 86 on written exam and 92 on the practical exam.
Definition- Agonist- A muscle that is directly engaged in contraction; opposes the action of the antagonist muscle.
CNN- YAY. Orpah will end her talk show next year. I think she is vastly overrated, no offense to Orpah fans.
MMA- UFC 106 this Saturday main even Tito vs. Forrest, also Jose Aldo destroyed Mike Brown and is the new featherweight champ of the world. Awesome
Sports- Eagles play the Bears on Sunday night football, they are 5-4 and this is a must win, their inconsistency piss me off, and also Westbrook may have played his last game in the NFL. SUCKS
Life- Pretty good, just waiting for the birthday party coming up in 2 weeks kind of nervous about it, and Thanksgiving is next Thursday. SO fast
Fact of week- How to identify the different large kangaroos?
One way to tell large kangaroos apart is by their noses. A wallaroo's nose has a large black bare patch around it. A red kangaroo has a smaller, boomerang-shaped black bare patch on its nose. The gray kangaroo has bare narrow bands around the nostrils and the rest of the nose is covered in hair
