KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) Training Tips Vol. 13





Tips 13
1. Am I advanced? Everyone progresses differently, but a good way to find out if you are a advanced lifted is when you find out that even changing the exercises does not promote the gains you were hoping for. This is the best time to look into more advance movements and forms of exercise.
2. If you decide you need carrots, choose the carrots that are long and narrow for the best flavor.
3. Need help taking a number 2. Add some flaxseeds to your meals as flaxseeds improve bowel consumption and maintains blood glucose levels.
4. Find out your body type and determine if you should cut of bulk. It might be not as easy as A and B, but you can also determine that you can semi-bulk, or pre-cut. There are many phases for optimal body types.
5. When throwing punches, always return to your full guard, and use your hips to twist and drive while generating maximum power and force.
6. Need a another combination to add to your arsenal. Try Jab, Roundhouse elbow, Rising Knee. From the jab, move straight in with your elbow strike, Don’t Hesitate.
7. Buy natural Peanut butter instead of the reduced fat version because the reduced versions replace the healthy fats with maltodextrin which is a carbohydrate used as a cheap filler in processed foods.
8. Need a diabetes killer, eat them pumpkin seeds.
9. Why are sea scallops awesome? Cause they are loaded with calcium, iron, selenium, and B vitamins.10. HIRE DANNY LAM AS YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER AND FITNESS COACH….
