Fitness Tips 24

1. The primary factor for what’s being used for energy is intensity.

2. Strength is the greatest amount of force that muscles can produce in a single max. Effort.

3. Endurance is the muscles ability to exert a submax force repeatly over time.

4. Team sports involve mostly fast glycolic energy systems.

5. What are your workout goals? Hypertrophy, Strength, Endurance, flexibility, Core, completive, fat loss, max power.. etc….

6. 2 exercises that should adduction are a wide grip pull down and a pull up.

7. Enjoy the power of berries such as: Strawberries, Cranberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, and Blueberries.

8. Do not eat a big meal before bed because it prevents absorption of growth hormones.

9. IF you want to be strong now you need to stimulate the Epinephrine and Noreephines hormones in your body.
