Fitness Tips 23

1. Nuts are a great snack, but it is easy to overeat them so buy portion controlled packs.

2. Buy a perfect pull-up, great piece of workout equipment.

3. Power lifters and fighters can use creatine for added strength to achieve lean body mass.

4. Watch my videos on circuit training; I believe that circuit training is the best form of training for fat loss and increase muscle size.

5. The number 1 reason I hear is that I don’t have time to exercise.

6. Type 2 diabetes occurs during adulthood and with improper diet and exercise.

7. Instead of sugar filled vitamin water, try alternatives such as fit water, smart water, propel, and crystal light power drinks.

8. Remember to eat a post workout meal to full develop your muscles.

9. A good post workout meal would be carbs and a source of protein, save the fat for before bed.
