Fitness Tips Vol. 8




1. Keep a training Journal Period.
2. When throwing a jab, rotate the fist to palm down position upon impact.
3. Grab a 45 barbell and grip the end of the bar and do upright rows now.
4. While you add, lift the barbell above your head while keeping proper form. These two simple but effective exercises do wonders.
5. To fire a proper hook, you must keep a 90 degree bend in your striking arm.
6. Mayo is not bad for you. Research that, it is always made of oil and egg white, its only bad if you overeat it. So eat it with moderation and enjoy that mayo.
7. Advanced kick boxer? Then add this combo to your arsenal. Cross, hook, cross, undercut, clinch, 2 knees, push away, then 4 round kicks and end with a final cut kick.
8. Who love doesn’t love mangoes? Eat them during their peak months between April and August.
9. Lettuce contains a good source of Vitamin K which is needed for blood clotting and bone health.
