Sample Leg Workout for the Day




Same Leg Workout I did today with my Partner

1a Squats

1b One Leg Leg Curl Prone Position

2a Single Leg Stiff Leg Dead lift

2b Elastic Band Walk (Left and Right Direction)

3a Split Squats with Dumbbells

3b Machine Calf Raises

4a Leg Presses

4b Walking Lunges


Repeat for 3 Sets and End with core exercises
