KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) Fitness Tips Vol. 15

1. Want to add a kick to your protein meals, add A-1 Steak sauce. 1 Serving contains only 20 calories
2. Bored with traditional cardio, try combat sports such as boxing, MMA, kickboxing, grappling…. Etc….
3. When use cable machines, use all the available equipment such as Rope bars, T-bars, S-bars, and V-bar. Etc….
4. Unpeeled garlic can be kept for 8 weeks, while once broken garlic cloves will stay fresh for only 3 to 10 days.
5. Fruit juice is dangerous because they have negligible fiber, do not satisfy hunger, and are a higher in terms of calorie density.
6. Try to eat your veggies uncooked as cooking can destroy many if the nutritional values contain in their raw states.
7. Change the order of your exercise program to shock the body and surprise your muscles to grow in different ways.
8. Cycle your workouts, the human body has the power to adapt, therefore it is optimal to alternate between high and low intensity workouts.
9. Protein builds and repairs muscle and is the basis for the body’s organs, hormones, enzymes, and antibodies to fight infections.
