Fitness Tips Vol. 6


1. Want a energy boast? Eat Oats people. They are a stable of a healthy heart and are perfect for making your own protein bars.
2. Papaya- delicious health treat and are available year round and can you believe that a single half of a papaya is high in vitamin C and has 150 percent of the daily vitamin C requirement.
3. There’s a myth that people should not eat after 7PM. Your brain and body does not know what time it is, they burning foods as soon as they enter your body. Just don’t go over your calorie needs.
4. Food comes first. Do not replace your food intake with supplements. Supplements are called supplements because they supplement you and should not replace food.
5. Creatine- Bodybuilding’s number one supplement. Start by taking 15 to 20 grams of creatine per day for 5 to 7 days.
6. Talk the talk test! If you are still being able to talk during your exercise, you need to increase your intensity.
7. Control your hunger with steak. Studies have shown that eating high protein foods such as steak can release a hormone that reduces hunger and also gives you one the most complete proteins in your diet.
