  4. Walking Lunges
  5. Split Squat
  6. Proper Squat Form
  7. Single Leg Dead lifts
  8. 3 Points of Contacts with Cones
  9. Planks
  10. Side Planks
  11. Superman Pronate Position
  12. Leg Lifts Supinated Position
  13. Manual Hip Thrust
  14. Proper Technique for Olympic Lifts
