Fitness Tips 22

1. If you are unfit begin with a lower weight/ higher reps program protocol.
2. Learn the difference between muscular strength and endurance.
3. The triceps has 3 heads and the best exercises to hit all 3 heads are skull crushers.
4. Four benefits of strength training include: Increase in strength, lean body mass, metabolic functions, and a decrease in injuries.
5. What are plyometrics? They are an explosive jumping interval that involves dynamic stretching, great for power and speed.
6. The factor of fat is 9/Kcal per gram.
7. In order to intimate the fight or flight response, perform a dynamic warm-up.
8. If you are depressed and crave carbs, just find something to make you happy and your craving for carbs will decrease.
9. Core training is important because it develops strength so take the time out and develop them core muscles.
