FITT Principle




First what is the FITT Principle?

The FITT is the protocol that all if not most personal trainer use to build and personalized a workout for clients. This is a simple and great way to begin your workout program.
F- Frequency (4-5 Times A Week)
I- Intensity (50- 85 % of Max. Potential)
T- Time (20-60 Mins, depends on the Intensity)
T- Type (Circuit, Interval, Long Slow Distance, Pace Tempo. etc....)
