How to make a homemade protein bar?

Ingredients:

½ Cup of Oats
2 scoops Whey protein (Chocolate or Vanilla Flavor)
2 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter (You can use Almond Butter if you prefer)
Bag of Mixed Nuts (Peanuts, Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews, Etc….)
A packet of Splenda or Stevia
A teaspoon of Milled Flax Seeds (Optional)
A little water

Directions:

Measure out all the ingredients; this is important because it will taste much better if you use the proper amounts.
Put the oats, whey, nuts, stevia, and flax seeds into a mixing bowl and mix. You can also put them all into a blender and mix it with the blender.
Take the Peanut Butter and put it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
Now add the Peanut Butter into the dry ingredients and mix it together while adding water as little as possible. If you add too much water, you will not be able to perfectly compete the next step.
Take the mixture you made and grab a piece of foil and mold the mixture into the bar shape you desire. Refrigerate for a hour.



Leave it in the fridge until you are ready to eat, you can take this anywhere and you will save money. Also you know what is in the protein bar unlike the overpriced protein bars you buy in your local GNC or convenience store.
