Mistakes at the Gym




Ten things I see people make mistakes on their workout program

1. Taking too time to rest in between sets.
2. Forgetting that a perfect body takes both nutrition and fitness.
3. Using too weight and therefore use bad form.
4. Skipping too many days. After a way, it becomes a habit and you will find yourself forgetting about the gym.
5. Not taking the proper pre-work meals and supplements.
6. Neglecting one body over another. Everyone love to bench press but don’t forget to add in them clean and press exercises.
7. When sparring dropping the hands when they are throwing punches.
8. Overtraining. I do this a lot but it is recommended that people give your body rest days.
9. Making excuses.
10. Not hiring Danny Lam as a personal trainer.
