How to Change your workout program. For example, for three months, I would follow this bicep/tricep program
4 Sets of the following:
1. Bicep Dumbbell Curls
2. Triceps Dumbbells Kickbacks
3. Concentration curls
4. Incline Triceps Dumbbell Press
5. Rope Curls for Biceps
6. Rope Pull downs for triceps
7. Standing Biceps Curls
2. Triceps Dumbbells Kickbacks
3. Concentration curls
4. Incline Triceps Dumbbell Press
5. Rope Curls for Biceps
6. Rope Pull downs for triceps
7. Standing Biceps Curls
For this 3 month program I would follow the program from exercise 1-7, but after hitting that 3 month plateau I would switch it up and start from 7-1. Or skip numbers for example:
1,4,7,6,2,3,5. Mix it up anyway you like, this is why a training log is important, it helps you keep tract of the workout programs you have been doing and give you a plan on when to and how to change up your workout programs.
