KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) Training Tips Vol. 12






Vol. 12
1. When sparring, use jabs for long and quick distance damage and then utilizes the elbows for power and slow distance damage.
2. I know I talked about salmon before, but it is worth noting that salmon is one of the world’s healthiest foods, with lots of lean protein and sky-high concentrations of omegas 3.
3. Need an alternative to bread, try Ezekiel bread, this bread has a smaller impact on blood sugar and contain more proteins and vitamins than their whole wheat counterparts.
4. Did you know that our brain functions normally off of fat? Now I’m not telling you can get pop tarts all day, but you should consume fats from natural sources such as beef and pork.
5. Expect results to come slowly. A full body transformation can take as fast as two weeks or as long as 6-9 months, so don’t be discouraged, you are doing fine.
6. Why do people fight for parking spots at the mall, find a farther spot and use that walk as a extra form of exercise. Also use the stairs instead of elevation.
7. Try using reverse grips on your dumbbells and barbells when you feel that you are about to hit a plateau.
8. Find that one song that you know will always get you pumped and use that song when you want to max out on a particular exercise.
9. Make your own Protein bars. You will save money and you can take them almost anywhere and eat them anytime, even at work. The recipe is found on this website.
