KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) Fitness Tips Vol. 15





Tips 15
1. When performing shrugs, do not roll your shoulder blades as you are shrugging. Rolling your shoulder blades doesn’t add anything extra to the movement.
2. Find your optium weight and try to maintain it. You can vary between 5 to 10 pounds, meaning you can wake up at 140 and end up at 150 by the end of the night. That is normal.
3. The suggested target for blood pressure is 130/80.
4. The suggested cholesterol level is below 100.
5. Dips are great for packing on muscle for your chest, shoulders, and triceps.
6. Want to develop your hamstring muscles, then try lying leg curls.
7. Plan meals in advance, it will help you stick to a set menu plan.
8. Try cheat curls by trying to get 6 to 8 reps on your own, then add body momentum to keep the bar moving for a couple of extra reps.
9. Don’t be afraid of the yolks in eggs, they contain most of the proteins and vitamins in the egg.
