Kettle bell Meltdown 300 Workout
1. 25 V-Ups
2. Left/right Kettle bell swings 25 each side
3. 25 Pushups
4. 50 Swings
5. 50 Burpees
6. 50 Clean and Press Left and Right 25 each side
7. 50 Mountain Climbers
8. Kettle Bell Squats
9. Extended Push Ups
10. Walking Lunges
11. High Pull Kettle bell swing
12. Close Grip Push Ups
13. Kettle Bell One Arm Row
14. Bridge Hips and Curl Legs with a stability Ball
Time yourself and do it again.
