KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) Fitness Tips Vol. 14





Tips 14
1. Mackerel offers nearly twice as many brain-boasting, heart-protecting omegas 3’s as salmon. So eat these fishes up.
2. Wake up, eat breast feast, and go workout. Studies have shown that people are more successful to their workout programs if they engage in it earlier in the day. If you can’t workout due to your schedule do this on the weekends or on you’re off days.
3. When throwing a push kick, remember to lean push on your kick and keep upright on your snap kick.
4. BTW a push kick is similar to a jab. Use this weapon to create distance.
5. Most people forget to add decline bench and dumbbell presses to their program. So don’t be like most people and add them to your chest workouts.
6. If you are not yet comfortable performing Behind-the-neck presses, try performing this exercise with a Smith machine.
7. In fact if you are not comfortable with any exercises, perform them on the Smith machine first.
8. Eat your shrimp up. 8 Shrimps only has 30 calories 8 grams of protein.
9. Watch out for those Starbucks coffee drinks. One Single Starbucks Coffee Frappuccio has the same amount of sugar as 5 ice cream sandwiches.
