Fitness Vol. 5


1. Why is water important? The human body is about 70 percent water. Think about that.
2. How long should you work out? 45 – 60 minutes is awesome and is a great workout session.
3. Want some extra inspiration? Visualization is the Key. Working out in front of the mirror improves motivation and give you that added confidence.
4. Don’t forget to wear gloves while working out unless you want your hands to feel like gravel.
5. Never lose form. There is no use to working out if you are not working out in good form. Don’t even waste your time, you will most likely end up doing more harm than good.
6. How to properly do dips? Grab the bars with both hands and with the torso leaning forward and chin tucked down on your chest, slowly lower your body between the bars to a comfortable stretch.
7. Chin-ups is the best exercise for adding width to the back, and will give you that V-shaped look.
8. Figure out your calorie needs. Most men will need around 2200 – 2800 calories, women need between 1600-2200.
9. Broccoli is the crown jewel of nutrition. It is a excellent source of vitamin A, potassium, folacin, iron and fiber.
