Fitness Tips 21

1. Learn how to exercise manually, it is important for people to learn how to exercise using only their own bodyweight.

2. Learn how to incorporate more seafood into your diet, adding seafood into your nutrition program will help increase lean body mass.

3. Learn to understand that not all fat is bad.

4. Remember in Muay Thai, that power comes from the pivot of the hips and the quick thrust of you body.

5. Don’t trust Fruit juice, it is not as healthy as they advertised. Would drink 5 apples in one cup, be careful of the sugars in fruit juice.

6. Plan your meals. Do it today.

7. Incorporate incline bicep curls to fully workout out the 2 heads of the bicep.

8. Remember that upper body obesity indicates higher health risks than lower body exercises.

9. Males produce higher testotortane, while females produce high growth hormones.
