5. Patience is a virtue. Do not except results to come in weeks, it take months and years before you may see significant changes to your body composition. But don’t give up, being persistent and dedication is the key to success anywhere.
6. Use Rep ranges. Don’t stick with a given rep range and experiment with different rep range to see what works best for you.
7. Don’t stress about the ups and downs. There will be days where you will feel the desire to quit, if you are feeling this, just tweet your program and understand that not every workout will be perfect.
8. Bring a friend. Studies show that if you are a partner or friend to train with there will be a 60 percent chance that you will stick to a workout program.
9. Invest into a good Blender. It will be your best friend. Great for making pre and post workout shakes, as well as making liquid meals that you can take while on the road, also you can make these shakes faster and more convenient.
