Sample Chest Workout





Sample Chest Workout I did today with J at Planet Fitness. The following exercises were performed at 4 Sets of Various Reps. The weight was increased, as the reps were decreasing in numbers.
Decline Press – (135, 155, 175, 195)
Flat Bench Press – (175, 195, 195, 205)
Incline Press *Dumbells – (45, 50, 55, 65)
Cable Flys *Upper – (50, 50, 50, 50)
Cable Flys *Lower - (30, 30, 30, 30)
Machine Bench Press - (110,130,150,170)
As always Abs exercises were performed during the rest.
Roman Chair Sit-Ups - (100, 75, 50, 40)
Flat Bench Leg Raises – (40, 40, 30, 240)
Crunches – (100, 80, 60, 40)
Side Twists – (40, 30, 20, 10)
