1. Practice proper Squat form, bad posture and bad form will not get you results and can cause damage to your lower back.
2. When you are throwing a roundhouse kick follow these simple rules: a. Follow Thru b. Hips Up, Legs Down c. Pivot the balls of your feet d. Snap at the end.
3. Remember your delts has three heads, the anterior, median, and the posterior. Try to include at least one exercise for the front, side and rear deltoids in your shoulder workout.
4. Fat yields 9kcal per gram.
5. Most Americans believe that all fat is bad, however fat is a essential body nutrient and serve as a important backup for fuel and supply important tissue support and protection for vital organs.
