KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) Training Tips Vol. 11

Vol. 11

1. There is a common myth that the longer you work out the more results you get. However, this is untrue; people should focus more on workout intensity and nutrition.
2. Isolation exercise is also a common myth. No matter how many sit ups you do you will never get a six pack unless you incorporate a full body workout program.
3. Buy Whey protein mixes in bulk. A five pound tub only cost 25 bucks and can last you up to 2-3 months.
4. Drink Casein Protein at the end of your day, especially important before bed, as this kind of protein is a slower digesting protein and will keep you with a good amount of protein for the night.
5. Dancing can burn up to 500-900 calories per hours so get up and start practicing some dance moves.
6. If you are afraid of the fat content of eggs, try using one whole egg and mixing it with 2-3 egg whites.
7. The omega-3 fats found in fish such as tuna and salmon contain some of the best sources of nutrients found in the world. So eat those tuna sandwiches up.
8. Do not believe those before and after advertisements for fat loss supplements. The pictures in those advertisements have been photo shopped to such a great extend that they are unrealistic transformations.
9. Need a fat lost boast? Drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day. It does wonders for your metabolism.
10. HIRE DANNY LAM AS YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER AND FITNESS COACH…. Remember the first workout is free. if you like it GREAT. it will be a start of a good relationship, if not it’s ok you still got a free workout. so just talk to me, try out a free session and we can go from there, and BTW check out the training videos on my Facebook to see the variety and types of workouts I create for my clients.
