Circuit Protocol


Crazy Circuit that was performed today at NPTI:

1. Hip extension with slide pad, flex feet outward, should feel it in your hamstrings

2. Push-Up transition with a Row on one hand

3. ABC’s

4. Sledge pushing with 45 Pounds barbell

5. Lateral Transition into Front Raises

6. Ball Twists

7. 360 Degrees Push up

8. Planks onto a stability ball and Balance Board

9. Single Leg Squats

10. Vertical Jumps

11. Shoulder Presses on 1 Foot

12. Bicep Curls

13. Baby Rolls

14. Cable High Rows

15. Dips

16. Polymeric Shuffles

17. Mountain Climbers

18. Single Leg Lunges on a Slide Board

Remember this circuit is a non-stop workout and each exercise should last 45 seconds, with no rest in between sets.
