Fitness Tips Vol. 7


1, Want biceps like Popeye? Do concentration curls where you sit down on the side of a flat bench as you curl the dumbbell up until your forearm is above parallel with the floor?
2. Motivate yourself every day. Tape a picture of your dream body on the mirror of your bathroom as a reminder to what you want to achieve.
3. Hungry? Fix together this quick protein shake. All you need is ice, whey protein, splenda, a banana, peanut butter and if you like add some dark chocolate, and there you will have a perfect mix of protein, carbs and antioxidants to boost your day.
4. Did you know Kickbacks are the best exercise to bring out that horseshoe shape in the triceps? Add this exercise as a main focus on any arm program.
5. Learn the differences between good and bad fats.
6. Kiwis the most nutrient dense of all major fruits, meaning you get the most nutrients eating this fruit than all others.
7. Replace your vegetable oils with canola, olive, and coconut oils.
8. Try Hi-Low training. Alternate high rep/lower weight days with lower reps/higher weight days. The heavy weight/low reps stimulate fast-twitch muscle fibers, while the lower weight/ high reps days stimulate the slow twitch muscle fibers.
9. Doctors should stay eat an egg a week keep the doctor away. Eggs are one the most nutritious foods available for daily consumption and they are inexpensive.
