KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) Training Tips Vol. 10

1. More combinations to try. Jab/cross/hook/roundhouse kick/ front kick/ Flying knee
2. When throwing punches, never drop your non-throwing hand.
3. Replace your table sugar with Splenda. It is a no-calorie sweetener.
4. Avoid Fruit juices, as they are full of sugars and are progressed which destroys the many benefits of eating the raw fruits themselves.
5. Be realistic. Set goals that are achievable and fit your lifestyle.
6. Do not trust the BMI aka the Body Mass Index, this index does not take into effect how much muscle a person has and only measures a person’s weight and height. Very unreliable.
7. A person’s threshold for pain increases in a social setting. Meaning you can lift more when you lift with friends.
8. If you are low on money but still want to join a gym. Try planet fitness, some memberships cost as low as 10 dollars a month.
9. Don’t use the same workout program for more than four week.
