Preacher Curls.
Why I love Preacher curls? I love preacher curls because it is one of the best exercise to increase the peak and size of your biceps. Also, if you are in front of a mirror, the angle of the bench gives you a great view of your biceps at work. This is important to a bodybuilder because the mirror gives you the extra motivation to give it that one extra rep and if you have a spot you can finish out two or three extra reps giving you the ability to perform at max capacity. So next time you perform a arm workout grab a barbell or a dumbbell and jump on that preacher bench.
