KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) Fitness Tips Vol. 18






Fitness Tips 18
1. Try practicing on an exercise ball. This is great tool to improve your core muscles and overall stability of your muscles.
2. Don’t follow just one eating plan. Everyone has different metabolisms and body systems, so experiment with eating plans and figure out what is best for you.
3. Practice Stiff-leg dead lifts with just your body weight first, and then after you perfect the form add weight.
4. Eat a majority of your carbohydrates after your workouts to re-feed your body after a hard workout.
5. Too lazy to cook, did you know you can cook pre-packed egg beaters with a microwave. Try it out.
6. If you love fast food, try to eat at restaurants such as Chick-fila or Subway, as they give you an option to eat well.
7. Do you do pushups? Why not? They are considered the king of kings of all exercises.
8. Figure out your body type and then adjust your fitness and nutrition program from there. Let me know if you need help.
9. For your post workout meals, eat good carbs and proteins and save the fat for the other meals of the day.
