KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) Fitness Tips Vol. 20




Tips 20


1. Create your workout programs using the FITT Principle.
2. The best time to consume carbs is during pre and post workout meals.
3. Eat a good source of fat in the morning to keep your hunger at bay and gives you ample time to burn off the meal.
4. Try performing pushups on a stability ball to give yourself a better workout.
5. Learn a new exercise each day. Expand the variety of exercises to build new muscles.
6. Take Whey protein during the day, and Casien protein during the night or prebed.
7. When performing FLYS, keep arms straight out.
8. To increase verital leap, incorporate of more explosive jumping exercises.
9. Sample Frontal Exercises include: Lateral raise and wide grip pulldowns.
