Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Even though to some this would be considered a cheat meal, I would say that this would be one of the least damage you can do. Studies have shown that eating chocolate can have many benefits and can increase your mood and regulate your mental state for the day. Also, Strawberries are one of the best fruits to eat and contain many vitamins and minerals that will improve your health. So enjoy this cheat meal, and you won’t feel as bad because it can actually be beneficially to your goals. Also, mix it up and try chocolate covered bananas, and nuts. ENJOY.
