Fitness Tips 25


1. Never forget your Post workout meal. (Eat a piece of fruit and have a whey skake)

2. Eat a good pre workout meal to give yourself the energy to get thru those workouts. (Have some whole wheat bread and other sources of carbs)

3. Bored of Resistance Training? Try using circuits or intervals.

4. In boxing, your heels are the brakes, and the balls of your feet are the gas pedal.

5. Improve core strength and stability by doing bridges, planks, and pushups.

6. When Sparring, watch for the shift of the hips to read the upcoming attacks of your opponents.

7. Need help improving your stability? Try doing your normal exercises on 1 foot.

8. The Golgi Tendon organ protects against too much force when stimulated.

9. Know someone with diabetes? Watch their carbohydrate intake, as diabetes if a disease of the carbs metabolism.
