Fitness Tips 26

1. Need a caffeine and energy boast? Try a preworkout supplement such as NO2, or Superpump 2000.

2. Have a dynamic warm-up, most people start to peak at 30 mins. Into a exercise.

3. Need to firm your butt? Do back extension exercises.

4. Need motivation to work out? Find a sport you like and use exercise to improve upon those particular skills involved in that sport.

5. Hate water? Try crystal light packets and mix it into your water to improve upon the taste and plus most packets only contain 5 calories.

6. Find your optimum bodyweight and give yourself 5-1 standard deviations between your morning and evening weight.

7. Strawberries go great for most protein shakes and contain healthy photochemical which help reduce the risk of cancer.

8. Canola Oil is one the best alternatives to Corn Oil, because they contain the lowest level of saturated fatty acids of vegetable oil and is high in monounsaturated fatty acids.

9. Need a good post workout meal? CHOCOLATE MILK SON.
