Fitness tips vol. 7



1. Why has Beef gotten a bad reputation? Beef if high in B vitamins, zinc, iron, and CLA which enables your body to become a fat burning machine. So eat your red meat people.
2. Need a exciting workout program. Try Interval training in which you vary your intensity levels during a training program. A example would be alternating 30 to 60 seconds of high-intensity training with two to three minutes of low to moderate-intensity training.
3. Change the order of your workout program to shock the muscles. Surprise your muscles in new ways every two weeks.
4. What to eat before a workout? Most experts believe your preworkout meal should contain carbs and proteins while the carbs being complex rather than simple.
5. The best results come when you plan your meals in advance, and also make day-to-day life much easier.
6. Add Triceps pushdowns to your arm program. How to do it? Grab the attachment with the palms facing downwards, and push downwards until the arms are locked out, and slowly raise the attachment back up to chest level.
7. Add different attachments to the triceps pushdowns until you find a comfort zone.
8. Friendly competition can greatly benefit your workouts. If your partners do 10 reps, you try 11, then he tries 12, and you try 13, do this till failure.
9. Amazing Avocados. Avocados contain mostly healthy fats such as monosaturated fat which lower cholesterol and have a great source of vitamins and minerals such as folate, potassium, vitamins b-6, C, niacin, magnesium, and good fats.
