C. Position

1. Resting across Delts and clavicle

B. Push Press



1. Positioning

a. Start is the same as Overhead Press

b. Load

1. Flex Knee

2. Get on Heels

3. Quickly Load

a. 3-5 Inches Dip

b. Dip and Drive

c. Punch to the top

d. Big Active Shoulders



C. Jerk (Push/Split)



1. Positioning

a. Same as Push Press and Overhead Press

b. Load same as push Press

c. Except (Dip/Drive/Dip)
