Ankle Dorsal Flexion – Bringing the toes toward the shin

Ankle Eversion – Bringing the bottom of the foot laterally outward

Ankle Inversion- Bringing the bottom of the foot laterally inward

Ankle Plantar Flexion – Taking the toes away from the skin

Arm Abduction – Taking the arms away from the body sideways
