Use of the LandMind- Great for MMA fighter due to the emphasis on the obliques and twisting motion. Without adding weights, these exercises were tough and can increase heart rate in a short amount of time.
Shotput, Busdriver, Squat into Busdriver varation, Lateral Lunges, Punch/switch/Punch, alternativing shotputs.
Dynamic Warmups- Roll, stretch, dynamic warmup, functional, strength, cool down, PNF.
Mountain Climbers, Frankinsteins, Butt kicks, Burpees, Plyo Push ups, Spider man crawls, Football drills, gliding, Side laterals, crab walk, roll into V stretch, frog jumps, baby rolls.
