Bones – There are 206 bones in the human body, 106 of these bones are located in the hands and feet and 58 are located in the ribs and spine.

Joints- Joints are areas of the body where two bones join. Each joint varies in its range of motion. Some joints, such as the hip and shoulder, are classified as ball and socket joint and allow for a great range of movement. Joints such as the elbow and knees are classified as hinge joints and have a more limited range of motion.

Ligaments- are strong, elastic fibers, which connects two bones. Add to the stability of joints by limiting motion.
