How would you modify the following activities to suit the needs of the client?

a. Bench Press for the client with carpel tunnel syndrome- Ideally, use a machine that does not require a hand grip,, or in some cases, chest flys will work because there is not as much stress on the wrist.

b. Jogging for the client with skin splint syndrome- Suggest any activity that reduces impact forces on the lower leg (walking or swimming)

c. Running outside on an extremely hot and humid day- Advise the client to drink plenty of water, run early or late in the day when it is cooler, or run or walk in an air-conditioned environment.
