Bodyweight Bootcamp 3




The basic bodyweight exercises are what I believe YOU
should be dominating.

There is NOT enough excuses one can make for being
unable to perform bodyweight basics.

A Master of bodyweight training, in my opinion, would be
a high level gymnast.

Unless you are a gymnast or have trained extensively
in Gymnastics you will NOT have their level of "mastery".

For us, those who are NOT gymnasts, I want to see athletes
and strength fanatics have the ability to perform
perfect technique and reps in movements such as:

- push ups for 50 reps. full range of motion

- pull ups, chin over bar x minimum of 10 reps, if you are under 150 lbs,
MORE than 10 reps

- squats, below parallel for 50 reps

- lunges without losing balance, 25 reps each leg

- handstand push ups x 5 reps

- rope climb NO legs x 15'

- parallel bar dips to upper arm parallel x 25 reps, FULL range
