Programs

I recently found a good marketing tool that I will conduct in the future. I will begin to name all my programs. I will try to name the programs based on the results and the time, sessions and results that each program will be able to achieve if performed to 100 effectiveness.

5 Sessions (Introduction/Beginner Program)

8 Sessions (1 Month Get it Rolling Program)

16 Sessions (Intermediate Burn that Fat Program)

24 Sessions (Intermediate Lifestyle Change Program)

36 Sessions (Advanced Physique Transformation Program)

48 Sessions (Complete and Total Health, Body and Wellness Transformation Program)
