Cheat Meal of the Week (Craving Number #10)

BreadSticks

Especially the ones at Chucky Cheese, childhood memories once more. Breadsticks remind of the day when my dad would take me to chucky cheese and he would order a large supreme pizza, his special salad, and a order of yummy breadsticks with marinara sauce and ranch dressing. Yummy. The breadsticks were always so warm, soft and chewy, they would rip right in half and always seasoned with some kind of flavoring that gave it a tangy taste and a great texture. Enjoy.

Cheese Fries- A Philly Favorite. Cheese fries remind me of the days when I use to attend St. Nicholas Grade school in South Philadelphia and my dad would pick me and my sister up from school in his big white van and he would stop by Pat’s before we go to the restaurant and do homework and go to karate. But yeah Back to the fries, I remember eating these with my cheese steak and looking back it makes me laugh that because of these evil creations I gained like 30 pounds during my 8th grade, lucky, I become active throughout high school and lost all them pounds but its funny where I used to be. Wow. What a life.

Cheat Meal of the week (Craving Number 8)

What the Pho?

Well if you are Asian, particularly Viet. You grew up on this stuff. It is great on a cold day and the best comfort food you can have when you are having a bad day or with your family. The majority of people I introduce Pho to falls in love with Pho on the first taste. No Pho is complete without bean sprouts, hoisen sauce, a little hot sauce, squeeze of limes, and a nice cup of coconut juice to go with it. Of course there are many choices of Pho chicken, beef, bristle, liver, fish. It doesn’t matter they all taste great to me. So go out and enjoy. Till next time.

CUPCAKES

Don’t cupcakes just make you want to YAY. Well these little goodies remind me grade school when the birthday boy or girl would bring in cupcakes from their parents to eat with their classmates during recess. I would always wonder how smart it was to bring in individual cupcakes to give each classmate one cupcake each instead of brining in a full cake and having to hand out plates, fork and cutting the cake for 30 classmates. Smart teachers, Smart. Well Memories of childhood remind me of how old im getting and how fast time flies. Till then. Enjoy.

Cheat Meal of the Week (Craving #7)

Cheat Meal of the week (Craving Number #7)

TACOOOO, yay to taco. These delicious form of fake Mexican food give me a nostalgic feel because taco bell was eaten on a daily basis when I was attening school at Orange coast college in Costa Mesa, CA. Memories. Yeah taco bell always reminds me of that 9 month period when I was living in the west coast, feels like such a long time ago, and at that time, I felt so old, but now that I think back upon those times, man I was young and had a long way to go. But yeah I should be talking about taco but its funny how sometime certain foods can bring back past memories as you daydream about the years that have passed. I will always remember my times there and Ali, the one best friend I had during my time at OCC. Its crazy how close we got in such a few short months and that English class that we had was the best and most informative class I ever had, I still remember the professor’s name. Mrs. Waterman. Yeah but yeah back to the taco, they are great cause the beef is seasoned to perfection, cheese is nice and sharp, some veggies the crunch of the taco shell and the soft texture of the soft wrap. Also who can forget the sour cream and the awesome mild sauce that comes along with this great meal. Till next year, enjoy them tacos.
